In order to ensure safety, customers should adopt the following steps to electrical equipment for explosive hazardous sites:

a) Determine which region the explosive danger site of the electrical equipment belongs to, that is, which region of the "zone", "Zone 1", etc. b) When the area is determined, a certain type of explosion-proof motor suitable for the area (reference 2.5).

c) According to the classification of combustible gases in the explosive gas environment, the explosion-proof class is determined :ⅡIA, lIB, etc. (refer to 2.2).

d) Determine the temperature groups of electrical equipment according to the temperature of combustible gases in the explosive gas environment :T3, T4, etc. (refer to 2.3).

e) Customers according to their own needs, determine the cable introduction device: rubber sheath cable/steel pipe wiring, if there is no special instructions, according to the rubber sheath cable production.

f) When ordering, it is necessary to indicate the motor model, explosion-proof mark, wire entry mode number of wire outlet of junction box, installation mode, etc. If it is necessary to install stator temperature measuring elements, please specify in detail in the contract.
